NetBenefits® Page Enhancements

Modernization of DC Summary and Contributions Hub on NetBenefits

Financial decisions can feel overwhelming. NetBenefits is built to help ease employee stress by helping them understand their benefits offering, and make informed decisions, through welcoming and personalized support. Through these enhancements, Fidelity aims for continuous improvement and works to create a more streamlined and modern experience.

We are excited to announce two enhancements coming to highly used pages on NetBenefits. Both are being redesigned to improve your employee experience. These enhancements will be available on NetBenefits® and will have a phased rollout that started late 2024 and will continue into 2025.

The new design of the DC Summary page will help participants better understand their DC plan, take action, and have a more accessible and mobile friendly experience.

This will be released in a phased rollout throughout 2025.

The DC Contribution Landing page on NetBenefits will have a more intuitive and accessible experience.

Highlights of this enhancement:

Year to date contributions broken down to source level, such as how much the employee contributed compared to the employer

Annual Increase (AIP) elections will be readily available for an employee to review

Tools and resources to provide easy access to calculators and tools that may help the participant manage their contributions
