The Fidelity Health App, a companion app to NetBenefits®, is dedicated to helping employees simply and effectively use their health care benefits and dollars on-the-go.

The Fidelity Health App experience is continually improving. Read on to learn about the latest enhancements and what is coming in the future.

What’s New?

Upload and save receipts: Track and organize health care receipts for expenses paid out of pocket or from a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) by providing an easy-to-use platform for saving receipts
Add a bank account: Link external bank account in real time and use the account to make a one-time HSA contribution
In-app targeted messages: Now able to direct messages to specific populations and allow for alignment across digital channels for participants

Benefits navigator with content: Provide users with a guided experience that delivers in-context information for a variety of health events such as a new diagnosis, or a change in coverage.
Virtual assistant: Use a conversational chat-based interface to help customers find, get and save for care.
