The Enhanced Learn Hub on NetBenefits^®

Overview We are excited to announce the enhancement to the Learn Hub experience on NetBenefits. This has been redesigned to create a modernized and accessible digital experience for employees on both desktop and mobile. This improved experience can help participants take better control of their finances and feel more positive about their financial future.

New Functionality and Features

There will be messaging on NetBenefits inviting participants to visit the new experience. Some of the new updates of the enhanced Learn Hub include:

	Easy access to a range of learning topics in numerous formats such as articles, videos, webcasts and more.
	Personalized content recommendations based on the user’s profile, past activity, and people like them.
	Topic filters will be coming in the near future to help users quickly find additional resources and educational content
	Key next steps help users navigate their path forward

Benefits

The app experience will roll out this fall, followed by the desktop experience in early 2025. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of this educational opportunity, especially before open enrollment begins. By educating themselves in numerous learning topics and taking advantage of the resources Fidelity provides, employees can be better prepared when making enrollment decisions.
