Post-Implementation Onboarding Trigger Communications
Helping participants in plans recently implemented with Fidelity get off to a great start.
What is the objective?
This program welcomes and engages participants in plans recently implemented with Fidelity through need-based messages and specific actions to take to immediately start getting the most out of the plan.
- Set up their account profile and preferences, including beneficiaries, if they haven't already.
- Get a comprehensive view of their workplace savings plan progress and steps to help improve.
- Take advantage of all the help and resources their plan comes with.
Who will receive the communications?
- Active participants aged 18 or older with a balance over $0.
- Separated participants aged 18 or older with a balance of $5,000 or more.
What is the call to action?
Based on a participant's personal situation, as well as their saving, investing and account setup needs, different direct links will be provided to help them take their next step. Most links direct to NeBenefits® to take action with some launching pre-login educational tools. Some audiences receive an offer to phone help (if advice is offered to plan employees).
Clients that will also be offering health savings account or health & insurance resources may also include additional messaging.
When will the communications be sent?
- Soon after the Plan is Live date.
What is the email message distribution?
- Employee-provided email address
- Employer-provided email address (not used for Separated participants)
