When your employees’ investment mix isn’t on track to meet their retirement goals, they receive a personalized message to raise awareness and educate them on the importance of having an appropriate asset allocation.
Communication also encourages them to review their strategy and learn about available support options, such as a managed account that offers a personalized investment strategy or a target date fund that is aligned to their expected retirement year.

Who's included:
Active and terminated participants who are eligible but not currently enrolled in Fidelity’s managed account service, are not 100% in a target date fund, and whose investment strategy is +/-10% or more off track in their investment mix.*
